After a fantastic reception at Fanny´s night club, and a truly entertaining commentary by the crew from Tracks, the search is finally over. The results for the 2001 Baby-G Miss Surfest Search are now official:

1st Place - Rebecca Ranclaud

2nd Place - Haley Rich

3rd Place - Rochelle Unwin

Congratulations to all of the finalists and also to the winner of the Baby-G Miss Surfest Internet Poll.

The 2001 Baby-G Miss Surfest Search has broken all records with a total prize pool of over $20,000, including a trip to Bali complements of Ansett, Traveland and the Hotel Padma and $1,000 cash to the winner from CASIO Baby-G.

The event was hosted by TRACKS magazine - Australia´s leading surfing publication. The winner, major placegetters and finalists will have a hectic few days as they represent Newcastle at Australia´s largest professional surfing festival - EnergyAustralia Surfest.
